Wednesday, October 12 | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM | COVID-19 12+ Bivalent Booster Clinic 

There will be a Quad-County 12+ COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Clinic at the Lyon County Fairgrounds. This event is for boosters only and the Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 booster will be offered - no other COVID-19 vaccines will be available.

Pfizer Bivalent Booster Eligibility:

• Ages 12 years and older 
• 2 months after final primary series dose OR after receiving a booster 

Moderna Bivalent Booster Eligibility:

• Ages 18 years and older
• 2 months after final primary series does OR after receiving a booster
