Thursday, January 20 | 4:30-7pm | Flu, 11+ COVID-19 and Catch Up Vaccine Clinic | Appointments available, but not required

Immunize Nevada, in partnership with The Boys & Girls Club, Liberty Dental and Community Health Alliance, is hosting a vaccine clinic to provide catch up vaccines for those 11 years of age and older including Tdap, HPV and MenACWY.  Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be available for those 5 years of age and older.  

Liberty Dental Plan will also be providing free dental screenings and fluoride varnish for those aged 12 months to 20 years of age.

All vaccines will be free of charge, but please bring proof of insurance if you have it.
