Puentes is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for those 5+.  Free pediatric flu vaccines will also be available.  Additional services scheduled to available are:  Pediatric Wellness Checks, Sports Physicals, Free Vision Screening and Community Resource Assistance

The first 25 people vaccinated for COVID-19 will receive a $10 gift card courtesy of Anthem Blue Cross
