Carson City Health & Human Services is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for those 5+ with the Janssen, Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines.  Third doses and booster doses will also be available

Moderna & Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Eligibility:

• 6 months after receiving second dose
• Individuals 65 years of age and older
• Individuals 18-64 years of age with underlying conditions that put them more at risk for severe COVID-19
• Individuals 18-64 years of age who are at increased risk for COVID-19 because of occupational or institutional settings

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Eligibility:

• Individuals over the age of 18 who were vaccinated 2 or more months ago.

COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or proof of first dose required for second dose, third dose, and booster.
