Flu Clinic at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center

The Northern Nevada Immunization Coalition (NNIC), Saint Mary’s Health Enhancement and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada are partnering to bring low-cost flu shots to the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC). On Monday, Jan. 30 the Food Bank of Northern Nevada office space will be transformed into an immunization clinic, which will provide the 2011-2012 influenza vaccination for all children 3 years old and up, adults and seniors.

The flu clinic will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Food Bank of Northern Nevada located at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, 550 Italy Drive, McCarran Nev. Immunizations are $5 or FREE with the donation of two canned food items. For Saint Mary’s HealthFirst (HMO/POS), Health Choice (PPO), HPN or Aetna members, flu shots are no charge with a presented insurance card at the time of service.
