Immunize Nevada was incorporated in March 2013 and is 501(c)(3) application pending. The Community Foundation of Western Nevada (EIN# 88-0370179), through the Immunize Nevada Fund, accepts contributions on our behalf. You will be mailed a gift acknowledgement detailing your contribution for your tax records.

Immunize Nevada believes that we can best fulfill our mission through a broad base of generous support from various sources. Donations are generally accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, organizations, government agencies or other entities committed to improving the health of Nevadans without limitations. Planned giving support through charitable remainder trusts, unitrusts, charitable gift annuities, bequests and gifts of life insurance policies are also accepted.
